Who Can Register

• NOK shareholders who are at least 18 years old and who are not subject to guardianship or conservatorship orders are eligible to register for MyNOKilat. Please note: If a NOK shareholder serves as the legal fiduciary for one or more other NOK shareholders, as designated in NOK’s stock records, information relative to the ward(s) is accessible from the fiduciary shareholder's MyNOKilat account.
• NOK fiduciaries who are at least 18 years old and who are not subject to guardianship or conservatorship orders and have at least one ward are eligible to register for MyNOKilat.

• You need to know your primary email address on file with NOK and your shareholder identification number to register.
• ­If you participate in the eNewsletter program, your "primary" email address is the address to which your eNewsletters are sent. If you don’t receive eNewsletters but have communicated with NOK Shareholder Relations by email or have otherwise provided your email address to NOK Shareholder Relations, your email address would have been added to your NOK records and that is the email address you should use. If you would like to add an email address to your NOK records, or if you have an email address on file but have forgotten it, please contact NOK Shareholder Relations.
• ­Your shareholder identification (ID) number can be found on your NOK identification card. If you need a replacement card, please contact NOK Shareholder Relations.
